Join Me On An Incredible Journey...
My weight has been a challenge for me all of my life. In fact, what I really should say, is that my relationship with food and with my body has been a challenge all my life. I have used my size and my weight as an excuse for staying small (ironically) and allowed my feelings about my appearance to stop me from shining out and being all I came here to be. I comfort eat.... I celebrate eat.... I eat to relax and I eat to manage anxiety..... but I think it is time this all stops because it is not good for me.
Our body shape and size is not a reflection on who we are. It does not define us nor should it dictate what we do in life! However.... when we feel uncomfortable about how we look, when we feel uncomfortable physically, it can make us unhappy. And I know (from personal experience) that too much sugar can have a huge negative effect on our mental, emotional and energetic health.
I would like to lose some weight and yes... I have been here before.... but I know myself quite well and I know my unhealthy behaviours and patterns. I get all revved up... motivated and super focused. I plan and shop and fill my fridge with so much amazing healthy food. Day one goes great.... day two seems fine but then we hit days three and four and suddenly my 'willpower' is flagging. I become resentful, frustrated, impatient.... all that excitement has melted away along with my motivation. I forget why I wanted to lose weight in the first place and the temptation to turn towards aaaaaaaall the sugar just overcomes me. A treat turns into a day of treats that rolls over to the following day. Before I know it, I am saying "Ah I'll start again next week".... but the cycle just begins again. So I sat down and had a think about this. I asked my cards and had a good long talk with the Universe - "What can I do to Heal this unhealthy cycle? What can I do to change my beliefs, thoughts and behaviours here because if I am honest, this repetitive spiral is making me feel miserable?" As always, the Universe replied and this programme is my answer.
The Programme
So, each day I am going to begin my morning with a mini (10 - 20 minute) meditation. These meditations will be different each day and will focus on bringing in the energy of change. I will channel in Healing, forgiveness, Self worth and Self Love. The meditations will help to build and keep my motivation high, building positive momentum for the changes I wish to see. I will talk to my body - yes I know it sounds nuts but it works believe me.... The meditations will help me stay focused and remind me of why I want to lose weight and why making my own happiness and comfort a priority is a good thing! And guess what? I don't want to do this journey alone. I am recording these meditations as a Mindset Meditation Package and I am inviting YOU to take the journey with me in real time!

"Prior to the programme I had been focused on my fitness and eating well. I was steadily loosing a pound a week until I hit a plateau which stuck for a month... and then I started the meditations. My weight loss kicked off again and I found I was loosing 2lbs a week without really doing anything different! Head wise, I felt lighter and so much more mindful of my food choices. I would find myself reaching for unhealthy snacks and stop, realising I didn't actually want them.
