Day 11 Clean Up Your Vibes Challenge
This is a wonderful little technique (given to us by the wonder that is Abraham Hicks) that brings me a lot of joy. It can genuinely clean up and lift your vibration in a super nice, super quick and super easy way. It is something that can be done as a one off, or as I like to do, you can make it a daily thing. If you give this a go and like it, you might want to get a specific notebook (yes more stationary!) that you can dedicate to your positive aspects lists.
So what do you do?
First decide on a topic, an aspect of your life that makes you happy. Pop that as a title on your page. Now just start listing all the good things you can think about this thing. Don't over think, just start writing. Why do you like this so much, how does it make you feel? You can do this with places, people, pets, situations...anything at all.
You will find that the more you allow yourself to lean into these lovely feelings, the more you will find to write!
Once you have got the hang of your positive aspects lists, you could even try thinking of a person or situation that you maybe don't love so much and see if you can shift your vibration up a few notches by listing positive aspects of this too. Its not an easy thing to do, but you will find that if your vibration rises around a difficult subject, then like magic that situation might just start getting better!
