Day 12 Clean Up Your Vibes Challenge
Today's challenge step is perhaps the most simple thing we can do to raise our vibrations, yet I imagine that most of us may come to think it is perhaps one of the most challenging to achieve!
Today I am asking you to be quiet. Simply sit in silence for 10 minutes. Quiet in voice, in body, in energy and in mind. This means no TV, no phone or facebook, no music, no day dreaming, no planning....only silence.
The Universe is ALWAYS talking to us - sending us help, guidance, inspiration.... but we so very rarely quieten down enough to be able to hear it! And it will take practice! But I promise you, if you persevere and allow silence for 10 minutes each day, it won't be long before you will be able to hear that guidance coming in!
In the mean time, enjoy some peace and see where it leads you.
If 10 minutes seems like an impossibility, start with five minutes, or even two minutes. Set an alarm and time yourself. Once you can achieve two minutes, build it up the next day to three minutes.
It could also be a good idea to journal down anything that 'pops' into your head during your silent time as this may well be divine inspiration.
