You Are My Favourite!


This challenge step is super easy and super fun and will have you feeling all smiley and warm inside in no time!


When we focus on things we like, it shoots our vibrations up like nobody's business. So for today's task, grab our journal and list some of your favourite things. Here are some examples:


Biscuit

Breed of dog

Animal

Movie

Song

Pizza topping

Socks

Place to visit

Memory

Crystal

Moon Phase

Anything you like!


Again, it's such a simple and easy thing to do but can really make a difference and help you distract yourself from any overwhelming, negative or anxious thoughts.

I walk about saying things like "oooh your'e my favourite tree" and "oh you are so my favourite bird"..... in fact if anyone knows me, you'll hear me calling literally EVERYTHING my favourite!!!
