Day 18 Clean Up Your Vibes Challenge
Sugar Free
Ok.... First off, DO NOT PANIC!
Sugar.... its so wonderful... chocolate and cake and biscuits....yuuuuuummmyyyyy.... but you know what? It plays absolute havoc with our vibrations! Have you ever noticed that you feel a bit low and gloomy after a day of indulging in sugary yumminess? That's because it has wiggled itself into all your body systems, making them sluggish and tired. It's fogged up your brain so you can't think straight and it has nipped your vibes off so you struggle to connect with happier thoughts, feelings and frequencies.
And it's in so much stuff! Now, we can go super hardcore and eliminate all sugars, but let's just start off with refined sugar....and that includes refined carbs too - white bread, baked goods.... check your labels guys as it sneaks in there in so many different forms!
And the easy thing to do is simply substitute the sugar for artificial sweetener right? NOOOOOO! that stuff is even more sinister than sugar itself!
Your challenge step for today is to to do ONE DAY without sugar or artificial sweetener however.... why not see if you can take this further? Can you do two days? a week? If you get through four days (speaking from personal experience here) you will start to feel like a different person! See how how go and remember, there are so many delicious naturally sweet wonderful foods out there - honey, mango, grapes, berries even natural maple syrup! With a little planning you can make this fun!
