Day 30 Clean Up Your Vibes Challenge

So, sometimes we know EXACTLY what we want and it wont come. Sometimes we don't know what we want so don't know what to focus on... what do we do in times like these? GO GENERAL!

You know you might have the most perfect job/house/partner/amount of money in mind, but maybe the Universe knows something you don't know. Maybe it's actually not right for you at the moment. "But I want it!!!" I hear you cry!!! Well unfortunately, you can't see what is coming around the corner BUT THE UNIVERSE CAN!

If you focus on something specific and it feels super good then great... keep going... but sometimes we wish and want and try and end up feeling lost and low because it SEEMS that our requests are falling on deaf ears...... they are being heard I promise you.

Maybe that perfect job you have in mind is not going to be all you think it could be. Maybe you are asking for £10000 but the Universe is actually holding onto £50000 for you! We often think we know what is best for us, but by being super specific we are closing ourselves off from even better things!

And if we don't know what we want but do know that something has to change, well we can't then send out a specific want to the universe because we don't know what that is!

In both of these situations, the answer is to back off and GO GENERAL.

We ALWAYS know how we want to FEEL - happy, secure, safe, abundant, free, relaxed, calm, surprised and delighted, loved, respected...etc. so in situations as I talked about above..... strip it down and focus on the FEELS. The Universe can hear these waaaaay better than physical things anyway!

You know if you ask for money because you think it will make you happy, what about other stuff that can make you unhappy? - ill health, your home, relationships.... By focusing on the emotion of HAPPINESS, it will cover all bases. Trust that the Universe and your Higher Self KNOW YOU and know better than you what will truly make you happy!

So get that journal out and have a think or FEEL about those things that need to change, strip it back and go general x
