Day 6 Clean Up Your Vibes Challenge
Happiness is a funny thing..... we can often feel as if we are doing things that make us happy but if we are truly honest with ourselves, how often do we do things just for the sake of pure happiness?
For many of us, the business of life, our responsibilities and other people's expectations can get us out of the habit of doing our own happy things! In fact, sometimes we struggle to even know what things we could do to simply be happy!
So this is your day 6 challenge. Make a happy list. And its time to be honest.... does sitting scrolling on your phone really make you happy? Those reality TV shows? The take-aways, the alcohol..... now I am no angel and I am certainly not saying we shouldn't do these things but try to stop and think about what TRUE happiness feels like.
If you were to ask a 5 year old what they do to be happy, they would be able to list off a million things that to many adults may seem pointless - spinning in circles, picking flowers, cuddles, playing, thinking about Unicorns (My daughter's answer) etc..... so why, just because we grow up is this sort of happiness not a priority anymore? Well it should be!
When we do things just for the sake of happiness, our vibrations soar sky high! So what makes you happy? Baking? Dancing? Reading? Mountain climbing? And how often do you allow yourself to do these things?
